Principal duties:
• Oversee the administration and management of the start-
up and entrepreneurship programmes and events
implemented by the Company
• Monitor and review the operational or financial plans and
proposals, administrative matters, business directions and
strategies in relation to the following 3 aspects:
— Sparking creative ideas through the CCMF Scheme
— nurturing tech start-ups through the Cyberport
Incubation programme
— Boosting tech start-ups’ fundraising capability
• Approve the appointment and composition of the
entrepreneurship Centre Advisory Group (“eCAG”) which
comprises venture capitalists, business executives, ICt
industry professionals, academics, and trade association
members
• Approve applications recommended by the vetting
committee for the start-up and entrepreneurship
programmes of the Company
• Monitor and review the progress of the start-up enterprises
of the programmes
Key matters considered/resolved:
• Guangdong – Hong Kong ICT Young Entrepreneur
programme
• Shenzhen – Hong Kong ICT Young Entrepreneur
programme
• Amendments of Terms of Reference of EC and ECAG
• Amendments of Guidelines of Cyberport Incubation
programme and CCMF
• Vetting of Cyberport Incubation Programme and CCMF
applications
主要職責：

監察由本公司所推行的各項初創企業及企
業發展計劃之行政及管理事宜
•
監察及檢討有關以下三大範疇之業務或財
務計劃及建議書、行政事宜、業務方向及
策略：

透過「數碼港創意微型基金」激發創
意
—
透過「數碼港培育計劃」扶植科技初
創企業
—
促進初創企業募集資金能力
•
審批企業發展中心顧問團的組成及成員委
任，其成員包括創投資本家、商界行政人
員、資訊及通訊科技業界專業人士、學者
及貿易商會成員
•
審批本公司初創企業及企業發展各項計劃
中，由評審委員會推薦的申請名單
•
監察及檢討參與計劃的起步企業的發展進
度
