Hong Kong Cyberport Management
Company Limited (the “Company”), being a
limited company incorporated under the
Companies Ordinance, is one of the three
private and wholly-owned companies set up
by the Government of the HKSAR via the
Financial Secretary Incorporated to oversee
the development, operation and
management of the Cyberport Project.
香港數碼港管理有限公司（「本公司」）是香港特
別行政區政府透過財政司司長法團根據《公司條
例》成立之三間全資擁有的私人有限公司之一，
負責監察數碼港計劃的發展、營運及管理。
