企業發展委員會

企業發展委員會負責監察由本公司所推行關於

初創企業及企業發展的各項計劃之行政及管理

事宜，此等計劃包括「數碼港培育計劃」及「數

碼港創意微型基金」。

透過「數碼港培育計劃」扶植科技初

創企業

促進初創企業募集資金能力

審批企業發展委員會顧問團的組成及成員

委任，其成員包括創投資本家、商界行政

人員、科技界專業人士、學者及貿易商會

監察及檢討參與計劃的初創企業的發展進

Entrepreneurship Committee

The Entrepreneurship Committee (“EC”) is responsible for

overseeing the administration and management of start-up

and en t r ep r eneu r s h i p p r og r amme s and e v en t s

implemented by the Company, such as the Cyberport

Incubation Programme and the Cyberport Creative Micro

Fund (“CCMF”).

Meetings:

The EC convened four meetings during the

year with an average attendance rate of

60%. A total of 10 EC papers were

considered or resolved. Attendance

records of individual members are set out

on page 81.

Principal duties:

• Oversee the administration and management of the

start﹣up and entrepreneurship programmes and

events implemented by the Company

• Monitor and review the operational or financial plans

and proposals, administrative matters, business

directions and strategies in relation to the following

three aspects:

– Sparking creative ideas through the CCMF

Scheme

– Nurturing tech start-ups through the Cyberport

Incubation Programme

– Boosting tech start-ups’ fundraising capability

• Approve the appointment and composition of

the Entrepreneurship Committee Advisory Group

(“ECAG”) which comprises venture capitalists,

business executives, tech industry professionals,

academics, and trade association members

• App r o v e a pp l i c a t i on s f o r t h e s t a r t - up a nd

entrepreneurship programmes of the Company

• Monitor and review the progress of the start-ups of the

programmes
